I had requested an original pick up date which Ship a car direct was able to do and they connected me with a carrier. The dealership where my vehicle was going to be picked up needed a few final documents and could not release the vehicle yet . I had to reschedule the delivery and the agent I was working with did they best he could to manage this situation. He was able to locate a new carrier with a new pick up date . The carrier who picked up my vehicle was super fast and was even able to pick up the vehicle sooner than anticipated so my vehicle was picked up Friday from Florida and I received it Sunday afternoon. Great experience
