Overall I was very satisfied with the price and service from Ship A Car Direct. I'll definitely use you again and will recommend to friends. That said, I would encourage Ship A Car Direct to have their carriers give the customer a call after the car has been dispatched rather than having the customer contact the carrier. I tried contacting the carrier and got no response after leaving voicemails. The next day (the day of pickup) I got a call from the carrier 1 hour before he wanted to pick the car up. It would have been much smoother had the carrier contacted me the day before the 'estimated' pick up date to confirm that it was the 'actual' pickup date. I knew nothing after the car was dispatched until 1 hour before he wanted to pick up the car. Took me by surprise since I had no confirmation about the 'actual' pick up date. I'm happy that the carrier was very conscientious, detailed, and courteous but he should try to improve his follow-up skills with the customer. Thanks.
