Worked exactly as Ship a Car Direct promised. Pick up was exactly as stated, in an isolated parking lot less than 1 mile from home. Driver was very thorough and careful. The software to take pictures before worked well. The car arrived in California two days earlier than promised which was good for me. I was very happy with the people, the process, and the outcome. It was a bit more expensive than some of the others, but it was worth it for me to not have any worries.
