This was my very first time setting my own transport while purchasing a vehicle. With such a task, I was very apprehensive at first because there were so many candidates to choose from and the prices vary. However, my concerns were put to ease after my request for a quote. The quote was detailed and Ship a Car Direct followed up with emails and calls to ensure if I had any questions. They were not pushy at all with pursuing the deal, but kept making sure they address any questions I may have and were very thorough in describing the entire process. After I made my selection to proceed, Ship a Car Direct was very prompt in following up and finding a suitable carrier. The carrier they selected communicated very well and was very prompt. The delivery showed up earlier than I had expected and they made an effort to keep me up to date on the status. Overall I am very satisfied with my delivery and that they took care of my brand new car and helped put my concerns at ease even though I didn't get to drive my new car purchase home and had it delivered from out of state. Definitely recommended and will hopefully do business again.
