Jennifer was an absolute dream to work with. The emails that she and her team send out are on point and helpful. The online videos are great and she was available 24/7. She was incredibly patient and willing to do some hand holding (I had never shipped a car before). There was a personal touch from start to finish that made sure I never felt like a number. Absolutely somebody I would do business with again and I would recommend to everyone who thinks about moving a car to get in touch with Ship a Car Direct.
