Your series of video tapes were very informative and helpful. Since we had never done such a thing before they really brought us up to speed on the process. Our request for transport of our vehicle was handled in a timely and professional manner. Scott was very helpful and assisted us all along the way. The only downside was that our original estimated delivery date was not able to be met. But that was likely due to the current status across our country with Covid 19 and we place no blame on anyone due to these circumstances which are beyond anyone's control. Should we need this service again, Ship a Car Direct would definitely be our first choice.
