Ship-a-Car-Direct exceeded all my expectations. Your explanation of how the shipping process works, the services your company provides, and the services you provide were outstanding. I was especially pleased for the advice and the assistance on having pictures taken when the car is picked up by the driver, for the commitment to assist me should damage be found on delivery, and for the insurance Ship-a-Car-Direct provides to cover damages.
But, in the end. simple things matter most. David Franco, the agent I worked with, provided a direct phone number and email where I could reach him. He answered my calls and emails promptly. He provided clear and helpful guidance throughout and was truly exemplary. Most of all, it was his honesty and his caring for which I shall ever be grateful.
