Outstanding Broker and Transport Company

I was wary about using any broker to transport my car from Carmichael, CA to Topeka, KS to start with. I went to one of the sites (cannot remember which one), typed in my information and within minutes my phone started exploding and my inbox was filling up. Many of them were stating they had a truck in my area right now. Well from past experience I knew better than that. So I decided to start googling some of these transport company and I found a site called https://www.transportreviews.com. On that website I clicked on "Find Auto Transport Companies" and this is where I looked up all the the transport companies and it showed most if not all of them had a lot of bad feedback mixed with some good. They ranged in price from $695.00 to $850.00. Then I noticed at the top of that page there were "Gold Supporter" links. I clicked on "Ship A Car Direct", then on "View All Reviews", and when I seen there were 772 pages of 5 star reviews and just a few pages with 3 stars and lower I decided to give them a try. I went to their website https://www.shipacardirect.com, filled in some information and in a short period of time I had a quote of $1500.00 to use an enclosed carrier. Well I did not want to spend that much, so I called Scott about an open carrier. He quoted me $1000.00 which was considerably higher than than all the other transport companies. I told him I would really like to use his company based on the rating their company had received, but that we was higher than my highest bid from other transport companies. After telling him what my highest bid was, he said we could try to put it out there and see if we have any bites. I agreed and I signed up to go with them on Friday 04/17/20 and set the first available pickup date for 04/21/20. On 04/21/20 I received an email from Scott stating they had a carrier that could pick it up that day. Scott also sent me a text with the drivers name and asked me to give him a call. I did and he stated he was an hour away. I told him I would have to contact the guy that sold me the car to confirm. Within a few minutes I called the driver back and said it was a go. He picked up the car around 11:30AM. I had many calls and text to and from Scott, he was always responsive to any questions and concerns I had. Same with the driver (Dan from L&B Trucking LLC) who kept me informed of his progress all along the way. He was also very friendly and reassuring stating that he would take good care of my car and he too was very responsive to my calls and text. Car was deliver in exceptional condition and in record time. It was here on 04/23/20 at 4:30PM If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend both the broker and the transport company.
