I have never shipped a car cross country before, but an unusual situation required me to have it picked up in Orlando and shipped to Chicago after I was already in Chicago. Jennifer (in Austin) was awesome and walked me through the process from original estimate to actual execution a month later. Her friendliness and follow-up made me feel quite confident that I was working with professionals. I knew what was going on at all times and had direct contact with the driver.and. The car was delivered to my home in a timely manner in good shape. Seamless and easy.
