Ship A Car Direct was in a word, fantastic!!! We used them to ship my Mom's car from Las Vegas to Rochester, NY recently. Everything went like clockwork; the initial contact with David was great, he was very helpful and made the process easy. There were numerous followup emails that answered any questions we had, and gave assurances that all was proceeding well. My 92 year old Mom met the transport driver when he came to pick up the car and was very impressed by his professionalism, neat appearance and helpful attitude. She felt very comfortable with him taking her car and he assured her it would be well taken care of. The car arrived in Rochester early on the day we were given as an estimate - and was in immaculate condition. The entire process was pleasant, easy, worry-free and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct and would give them 10 stars if that was an option!!! Thanks for a great job - well done by all!!!
