The entire process was extremely well managed. What I appreciated most were Christina’s clear explanations, the ongoing contact we had, and that she readily worked to accommodate our specific pick up needs.
The driver our Jeep was assigned to gave us regular updates on his pick up and delivery schedule, and he was conscientious and friendly. All of this made the process of getting it from LA to NY stress free for me.
