After several quotes to transport my auto from Wa. State to Ohio, I chose Ship a Car Direct. I felt assured that my contact, John, was very knowledgeable, honest and sincere in providing the service I needed. There were changes in schedule, cancellation, then reschedule due to travel restrictions during the COVID 19 pandemic! John was understanding and quick to respond with each change , as well as the entire Customer Service Team. My car arrived the morning after my flight to Ohio and in fine condition as I expected. I highly recommend John, service makes the journey easy!
