I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct! Although it took a little longer than I expected to get paired with a carrier, Scott and the team kept me informed. They checked in via phone and email every few days and they answered all of my questions throughout the process. They also gave me all the information about preparing the car for transport, including helpful videos. They have an easy to use app for documenting the current state of the vehicle prior to transport and recording the status of the vehicle once it is received just in case damage occurs enroute. The process was professional and my car made its cross country trip much quicker than I expected. The career was very courteous and had taken all of the proper precautions in these times of COVID-19. I felt it was a positive and safe experience, I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again.
