Jennifer did a great job of communicating and answering my questions by email, text and phone. She was very honest and forthright in answering questions and offering perspective about different auto carriers. Ilya drove an auto carrier for three+ cars. He did a good job communicating with the car salesman who sold us our car and making arrangements to pick it up. He also did a great job communicating with us about arrival time. It all worked out even though he was quite a bit early. Car arrived in great shape and it was obvious by the way he unloaded the car that he took pride in his work and was very careful.
