I just moved across the entire country, from shore to shore, and this was my first experience with shipping a car. After looking around at different sites and read reviews, I was nervous about the whole process. However, ship-a-car-direct had very good reviews and many good stories posted about peoples experiences, so I decided to use them. I am pleased with Ship A Car Directs service and would recommend them to anyone. I was assigned a personal broker who worked me through the process and was willing to answer all the questions I had about the service. They made sure that my car was going to be picked up during the required time-frames and maintained contact with me while the car was being transferred. Contact is mostly done via email and over the phone. I was provided with the phone number of the driver that was hauling the car and was able to talk with them for updates. We coordinated an easy drop-off spot at the nearby Costco parking lot. 3000 miles later, my car arrived in perfect condition, and after a quick wash it was just like I had left it the week before! I give this service two thumbs up! ????
