Had a problem with the contracted car shipper, that was resolved quickly and professionally. I had paid upfront when the car was picked up for transport and the car arrived at its destination where the person I was sending it to was told that he had to pay on his end for delivery. I contacted customer support and was immediately helped. They told me they would investigate what happened and would resolve the issue. In the end it was a misunderstanding with the shipment and the person who received the car didn't have to pay for the deliverance of the car. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again in the future.
