Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm so sorry that your car was not picked-up on the date you wanted. To explain, lead time does not help get a carrier secured sooner. Carriers will wait until their trucks are actually in the area and will pick up cars that are available to be picked up right then and there. If carriers commit too early they may encounter delays on their way across states and not fulfill the order. Glad to hear that the rest of the shipment went great!
