I really appreciated the service received. I could ship my car quite a long distance within 3 business days. The pickup and delivery was on time, coordinating with respective parties was optimal. I received my car in the same condition I shipped. Though the service was a bit pricey, I would still use ship a car direct again. They dealt with the situation during COVID times very well.
