I looked at many companies to use and they all had a wide array of good and bad reviews. I came upon Ship A Car Direct and almost all of the reviews were fantastic. I reached out online and heard from Wade almost immediately. We had a great conversation over the phone where he walked me through the process. Once he had all my details he worked on finding a truck and I received emails to keep me updated on the process. One thing I didn't understand was that your truck is usually not assigned until it is within your pickup window. I thought everything was delayed but Wade was extremely responsive and the day before my pickup window started I was given my drivers information. They arrived on time in North Carolina and delivered my vehicle to Miami the next day. The price was better than all of the other quotes I received and I was able to pay it all on my credit card while other places require cash on delivery. It was a great experience and I will be using Wade for all of my future shipping needs.
