I was able to book and schedule within a little less than a week. Agent was on top of it keeping me updated on pricing, circumstances and available moving companies going that specific route. I paid maybe $100 more but understand completely it was through supply and demand at that specific window and location I was moving from. There was a nice surprise of a damage/ insurance specialist from their company who gave me a nice sound piece of mind as well via email. They have an optional but recommended app allowing clients to take photos of their cars from all angles before shipment and after to safeguard against any possible damage. My app crashed on my phone right at the point of sending, but I still send them through email and was just fine. My movers were on time and fantastic, delivered from Indianapolis to Los Angeles in just two days! I was find with the original 4 days, I thought that was already pretty reasonable. Pretty amazing, super responsive, and agent is always within reach for any kind of hiccups. I highly recommend.
