I want to take time and thank Jennifer for taking me through the process. She was very patient in answering all the questions that I had as this was my first time shipping a car. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car direct to my family and friends. Also, their damage policies makes me feel that i don't have to worry about paying out of pocket for any issues that may happen during the transit
