Shipped our car from Arizona to Northern California. I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of our desired departure date and the car was picked up on that date and was delivered 3 days later. I was able to communicate with SACD by telephone (with our agent and a 24/7 line is also available), email and with an online chat. I thought the communication was excellent. I also thought the same about the carrier -- we were able to contact the driver to find out the exact pick-up time and he called 3 hours before delivery to let us know he was coming. SACD gave us an APP to photograph our car before and after transport to document any potential damage. It was not needed though as our car arrived without any problems.
