I was at a loss to understand how this industry and the process worked until I met Jennifer who explained the process very clearly. It was not the process I wanted to hear, but it was the honest truth. Once I understood the process I was able to plan moving, travel, ect properly. Then everything happened exactly as Jennifer said it would. Highly recommended.
