My experience started off rocky because there was a small detail left out when asked about when you are shipping, know that the shipping is a time frame, not an actual locked down day.
From there things picked up, which is why my rating is 5 stars, I met Wade. Wade was able to fill in the blanks and save me from a possible missed shipment. From that point on Wade remained in contact and made sure that my vehicles got a contracted transporter and kept me updated almost daily.
Because of this type of customer service and the fact that they only deal with reputable transporters that won't damage your vehicle, I would recommend them to other customers. Even my family members.
