John was very up front and transparent about the process and his pricing, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was shipping during a weird time (while California was still on COVID lockdown) and feared there wouldn't be many shipping developers, but John was able to find me a shipper right during the proper delivery window. The drop off and pickup were easy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
