After trying to communicate and schedule a delivery with RoadRunner (that I had to cancel) I was hesitant to call Ship a Car Direct because I thought I would have to deal with the same issues. I am so happy to be able to say that was not the case. I called and spoke to John who was very communicative when explaining the shipping industry and what I could expect with my shipment. He gave me the cost and pickup/delivery estimates which were accurate and what I expected. I had an open line of communication with him the whole time and he and the others at the Ship A Car team were extremely helpful. The company that they brokered to pick up and deliver my car also seemed professional as well. The driver of the transport company they hired even took 60 photos of my car before leaving and emailed them to me. All around great experience and I am so happy I chose Ship A Car Direct! Thank you guys!
