Ochis LLC was the carrier for my car. The driver, Gans, was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. The car was picked up within ~1 day of the planned date although my car was in a small town. Initially, my experience with Ship-a-Car Direct was not great with the person in charge of my order ghosting on my emails/calls. Later I found out that this person was no longer with the company, and I was happy to be helped by Michael.
