Everything about my experience went well! I needed to move my 2002 Mazda Miata from Massachusetts To California. I’d never shipped a vehicle before and was apprehensive. That old but pristine MX5 is my baby! I looked up ratings for carriers and called Ship-A-Car Direct because they were rated in the top five. From the start they gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. Their agent was thorough and helpful. He explained the process and followed up with emails further detailing the procedure and what I needed to do from my end. He found a carrier who arrived on time. He loaded my Miata onto the trailer carefully. Just three days later, my Miata was delivered to my son’s house in La Mirada In excellent condition. I highly recommend this company!
