I would choose them to ship my car again and will recommend them above any of their competitors. I've had to make a number of cross country moves in the past decade for work and this by far is the best company by far for their superb customer service. I had originally scheduled transport with one of ShipACarDirect's competitors ("beep beep"). On my pick up date I was getting the run around, first with no response, then after an hour when I finally got a hold of someone their response was: "we can't guarantee anything", "dispatch is working on it", etc. I called ShipACarDirect. Matt picks after two rings. I get a quote and within the next hour my transport was scheduled and the carrier company had arranged a pick up time. Further, they have a lot useful resources to educate you about the car transport market. The have an app/system that allows you to document what your car looks like before and after transport in a standardized way. A quality control person reaches out to you before the car is even picked up to provide you with their contact information in case there are issues or damage during transport. A contact is provided for you while your car is being transported. A customer service person reaches out to you after delivery to make sure you're satisfied. This is in stark contrast to many of their competitors who will be non communicative as soon as they have your money. To the credit of the competitor, they did refund me without any issues, but obviousIy would have preferred to deal with arranging car transport once. In all, ShipACarDirect is what the industry standard should be. Just excellent. I will only be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
