The only reason for 4-stars is because it took nearly 3 weeks to pick up my car, likely due to COVID. Great customer service, and the company found me a driver who was courteous and always answered his phone. Lots of email and text message correspondence with the company to keep me informed throughout the process. Their quote was $350 less than competitors and I had doubts about whether Matt could find me a driver, but he did and saved me hundreds of dollars. He even cut the company’s commission fee by 25% due to the extra few weeks I waited for my car to get picked up.
