This was my first experience in shipping a vehicle and I have to say it was unbelievably user friendly made even more so by the customer service rendered my the entire staff at Ship A Car Direct and most particularly, Matt. I shipped a new Audi TT from San Francisco, CA to Norman, OK and the turn around time was phenomenal (Matt said that the stars were with me); the carrier was assigned the day after I requested the service and the pick up to delivery was three (3) days!! The car arrived in pristine condition, no scratches, dings, or dents; it was a little dirty since I went with open transport and the driver encountered rain in New Mexico. And last but not least, the price of transport was most reasonable. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct without reservation.
