Overall the experience was good. Car was picked up on time and delivered within the provided estimated time. The driver of the truck was nice. He provided updates regularly about the shipment. This was especially helpful because there is no live tracking provided by Ship-a-car-direct which is why I am taking out 1 star from the ratings. My car arrived on time without any damage - so overall very satisfied
