The communicated clearly, quickly and often throughout the process. I was very happy with the status updates and the delivery. The car needed a nice car wash upon delivery. If you wanted to really delivery over the top of competition, one idea would be to just wash the dust off the car so it arrived shiny and new as it left ;). Again, everything was excellent otherwise.
