The overall process was very smooth, and my car was shipped from NY to CA in 7 days without any issue.
The only minor suggestion I would have is to notify me about the updated delivery time a bit earlier. The estimated delivery date was 8/18~8/19 but my car arrived on 8/17, which is a great thing by itself. It's just that I was only notified 2~3 hours before the arrival that gave me a surprise. If a message or a phone call could come 12 hours before the arrival, that would make this last bit perfect.
