A bit long to get picked up, but good quality

It was a bit long to get my car picked up, but my POC Matt did give me a heads up that because of our unusual route and the fewer number of drivers due to COVID, it could take a bit longer than normal. He did try to manage my expectations which I appreciated. I do wish I would have gotten a heads up from the carrier when the car was picked up and a bit more communication about pickup/drop off times. Unfortunately, the carrier couldn’t come into my subdivision because he said his trailer was too big, which was a bit of a pain because we had to drive out onto a bigger road to meet him after 8 pm at night. However, at the end of the day, the transport itself only took one day (which was great) and the car was in great condition. Would use Ship a Car Direct again in the future, especially given the affordable price.
