This is the second time I have used Ship-a-Car-Direct. Both times has been across the country. Both times have been wonderful experiences. They were on top of things, their customer service is fantastic. I felt like they were there for me every step of the way. They explained all the costs up front to me. I even got my car shipped to me earlier than expected. I hopefully will not be doing any more across country moves, but if I ever need to ship a car again, they will be the only ones I use.
