John was very kind and helpful throughout this whole process. And, the shipping process itself was quick and easy; delivery was also quick and on time. The only think I was not satisfied with was the date of pickup. I had a window of time that was not meet (in terms of date) because I was flying out of town. Luckily for me, I had family in town that was available when the driver came or else I wouldn’t know what to do with my car.
