I needed to ship a car from California to North Carolina... never shipped a car before. Had some people warn me about how awful their experience was. This really bothered me. So, I did online research on the top 5 brokers/carriers. The top three seem very good, but those warnings still bothered me. My family had been through an incredibly rough year of loss, grief, having to sell the family home... I simply didn't need ANYTHING else going wrong. I chose Ship a Car Direct because their website was the most helpful of the those I researched. Jennifer was professional and very prompt in responding to anything I sent her. The car was picked up on time with no issues whatsoever. I tracked the car from that moment on, using a Verizon HUM device. The carrier got the car to NC within 4 days and delivered with no problems whatsoever. Bottom line: USE Ship a Car Direct... no worries :) NONE.
