After reviewing and connecting with many different brokers, I went with ShipACarDirect. The information on their site was very helpful. I liked that the set up was all online and very easy. Follow-up communications were timely and also helpful. While the SUV was picked up on schedule, the tracking process and final delivery time was slightly off, causing my delivery contact to wait several hours at the drop-off location. The SUV arrived in good condition. Regarding the delivery app - SACD should find a way for the vehicle owner to share the photos taken within the app with the onsite delivery contact so the contact can check for issues upon delivery.
