Communication and execution of our order were excellent! Keep in mind that they request that you use an app to download load pictures of auto at pick up. However, we were not able to do this as our car was brand new with pick up at a dealership several stares away. As an alternative, our salesman agreed to take photos while auto was being picked up which he immediately text to me. Trucking company did a great job with no damages to our brand new car. Cash was paid to driver at pick up. I am no longer afraid to purchase an auto from an out of state dealership. Would use this transport service again!
