Great customer service, not as great shipper

We had really good experience with the team at ship a car direct as they were very good about giving updates. I however had difficulties with our shipper as they kept changing our pick up date and ended up showing up with just hours to spare before we needed to leave the state. Our cars made it in great shape it was just a little stressful when things kept changing with the shipper and not being able to reach them directly. Ship a car also fixed an issue with tolls we had after the fact so I appreciate that.
