Great company and their BBB ratings (A+) reflect their quality of business (honesty and communication). The only point of improvement is the timing of assigning a driver. I did not have a driver until the last second, which caused a bit of anxiety. Due to this, the cost of the shipment went up $250, but Ship A Car Direct was gracious enough to give me a $125 discount out of their pocket.
