Overall, I was completely satisfied with Ship-a-Car-Direct. We were planning to ship a car from Nashville, TN to Phoenix, AZ. They found us a driver within about a day and the truck met us for pick-up 2 days later. The pick-up went extremely smoothly. The two young men who were driving were very polite and professional (and the wore masks for our protection!). They called ahead to let us know they were on their way, met us in a large nearby parking lot, and it took literally 5 minutes to get the car up onto the truck. Two days later they dropped the car off in AZ in perfect condition. The whole process went completely smoothly! If we ever need to ship a car again, we will definitely call Ship-a-Car-Direct!
