The process of using Ship a Car Direct to ship a car from the Chicago Suburbs to San Francisco was great. They communicated well and often from day one, I understood what was going on (they were looking for a driver -> the driver was picking the car up -> the company will reach out about a drop off time etc.). As is probably the case with most car pickups and drop offs I needed to be a bit flexible on both pick up and drop off (they texted me at 8 am one morning that the car was being picked up at 10:30 am) and then the drop off ended up being late at night on a busy San Francisco street 30 minutes from my house.
