I had trouble getting in touch with another company despite calling many time across a week. When I chose ship a car direct Scott quickly responded to me answered my questions and the whole process went smoothly and i knew what to expect in terms of the pick up and drop off process especially as I was also driving across the country during the same time frame the peace of mind made it much less stressful
