We had to ship our car from Chicago to Seattle. I checked around to a few different carriers and Ship A Car Direct was one of the cheaper options so I kept them in mind. I then got a call the next day from Christina and honestly that phone call was why I ended up going with them. Christina was super helpful and answered a lot of questions that I had but figured I wouldnt have a way to ask. After placing the order I got a confirmation the next day and the car was picked up right away. Throughout the week it took to get here I had constant communication from different SaCD staff about what to do and who to call if there were any issues. The open communication lines are really what made this a solid experience for me. This was my first time doing anything like this and I really just expected whoever I went with to just strap my car onto a truck and hope for the best, but I'd definitely use SaCD again if the need ever arises.
