First time shipping a vehicle, much less a brand new 2021 vehicle! Very nervous about the whole process and even considered flying and driving back. ShipaCarDirect's reassurance through email, phone and text really helped (whichever is your preference). I read reviews from multiple sites & checked BBB. I went with SACD because of several things: extra insurance, online features, years in service and # of complaints on BBB. They did not disappoint. My new vehicle arrived as expected, even with hurricane Zeta, from IN to GA! The price was on par with the other carriers and I can't really talk about other services since I haven't used them but my experience with SACD was smooth and painless. As soon as I got the carrier info, we stayed in touch every step of the way. The communication was outstanding from the carrier. Thanks Elaine with FLEN Trucking for doing such an excellent job!
