I have reached out to several shipping agents before getting referred by a friend to ship-a-car-direct. Renee is the most responsive and friendly one. This was the direct reason why I chose this company. The quoted prices are normally not the final ones. However, a reliable agent is more important than a few dollars cheaper quote.
