Shipping my Mazda3 cross country from PA to CA, I knew I needed professionals. I spent months researching different auto transporters - I couldn't have chosen a better company. Ship A Car Direct was professional from start to finish. Lauren was with me every step of the way. My car was picked up by Aledi LLC in December 2020, on the same date that I requested as the earliest pickup date. Pick up was smooth. I received email and text updates consistently throughout the 5-day transportation. Day before delivery, Nick notified us that the car would arrive ~noon the next day. Morning of delivery, he told us that he most likely couldn't do a door-to-door drop-off due to our neighborhood having many trees and a narrow street. However, Nick recommended a more suitable location that was only a 4-minute drive away, and it worked for us. Despite the filth on the outside of the car (as expected), there wasn't any damages so we're very happy customers. The app was extremely helpful in assessing the car for damages and comparing before/after photos. In total, the cost was $1150 ($250 upon receiving a carrier and $900 paid in cash to the transporter upon arrival). No extra charges. Excellent communication. So smooth. I'd definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
