I was a little nervous because I had never shipped a car cross country before (Texas to New York) and now I'm so glad i found ship a car direct. From the moment I filled everything out online, it was smooth sailing. I got a phone call from a customer service rep. less than 30 minutes after I placed my order and by the next day they had a carrier and driver ready for me along with my estimated pick up and drop off dates. My rep was really helpful through the entire thing. My car was delivered within the days estimated and my rep along with others contacted me to see if things went smoothly. I would for sure use ship a car direct and I would recommend it!
